Wood Park Prosecco 2015
These Prosecco grapes have been grown at Porepunkah, at the foot of Mt. Buffalo in the Alpine Valleys. After crushing the fruit, the free run juice has undergone a cool ferment to capture the fresh and clean flavours. The wine has then been transferred to bottle to undergo a secondary ferment, a technique known as 'Methode Classico'. This sparkling wine will be best enjoyed whilst it is young and fresh.
