The Warramate vineyard began in 1970, celebrating its 50 years this year. It is the younger sibling of the Yarra Yering winery, and the connection between the two estates continues today sharing the experience and expertise of winemaker, Sarah Crowe. So, if you’re after a winning and premium Yarra Valley pinot at a bargain, this is it.
Presenting a bouquet of violets, mixed berries, black cherries and lightly spiced, this Pinot follows on the palate with red and blue fruit flavours, a lovely silkiness, before picking up mid-palate with oak tannins for nice lingering finish.
