Larry Cherubino Laissez Faire Fiano 2016
An aromatic, luscious, dry white made from Fiano -- an ancient variety from Campania in Italy -- grown in the Frankland River sub zone of the Great Southern region in Western Australia. Made with no additions during winemaking, minimal sulphur during bottling and vegan friendly. Smells of lime and honeysuckle, rich and almost oily and spicy in texture. Full in the mouth yet still so fresh. Mouth-watering finish and great length. Fiano is delicous with soft, rich, cheeses. We've matched it with La Luna Holy Goat, a mature yeast rind cheese, from Sutton Grange organic farm.
