The NV Brut Solessence can be described as an incredibly elegant rendition of Champagne. It is tightly wound yet bursting with intensity. Bright flavours such as green apple, citrus, orchard fruits and ginger biscuits entice the senses. This is really good - a very "pretty wine", ready to drink now and or suitable for a few more years.
