“Sparkling wine made the natural way: no added sulfites, indigenous yeast and unfiltered. Pinot Noir hand-picked at the end of March destemmed and left on skins for 24 hours. Then gently pressed and barrel fermented. Just before the fermentation finished, the wine was bottled giving it a natural sparkle and slight sediment.
