Beechworth’s Indigo Vineyards is probably a name not mentioned enough. For years and years, they supplied much of their harvest to the renowned Brokenwood name. Rightfully so, since 2004, Indigo has started making good use of their grapes under their own label. And here we are.
This wine is divine. Unexpected. A chardonnay with some body to it, it is matured in French oak for 12 months. Slightly buttery, hints of oak, stone fruits and grapefruit flavours, and a deliciously long-finish.
Suitable for Vegetarians, but not Vegans (may contain egg products).
