Hoddles Creek Pinot Blanc 2017
Hand picked in the cool of the morning, destemmed and pressed into tank. Natural fermentation. Left on lees for six months prior to fining and bottling. Only addition was sulpher.
The resulting white is fresh with light aromas of apple and almond, textured with soft chalkiness, more light-apply-juice and lively acitidy. It's long, lean and finishes dry.
