Fraser Gallop Estate was started by Nigel Gallop in 1999, and without a doubt is one of the standout wine producers from Margaret River. Clive Otto has been their winemaker since 2006 (formerly of Vasse Felix).
If Fraser Gallop does one thing better than almost anyone else, it’s their Cabernet Sauvignon. With Bordeaux-inspired techniques, this medium to full bodied wine is phenomenally vibrant, swarming in blue and bramble fruits, is well-structured and is exceptionally smooth.
