Dating way back to the 17th century, Domaine Talmard is one of the oldest family run wineries in the region.
Fun fact - the fruits of this wine were harvested from the 1000 year old village of Chardonnay... which is also the name of the grape variety of this wine!
This Chardonnay has a lovely bouquet presenting aromas of nectarine, pear, apple and florals. On the palate, there's a subtle creamy texture paired with flavours of citrus, florals and spice. This wine is on-oaked. An elegantly subdued take on French Chardonnay.
