Humis Vineyard (Corop, VIC) semi-carbonic fermented whole berry Grenache picked on 3 separate days & whole berry Faraday Syrah fermented separately, blended prior to bottling.

Rubies. Another bit of a role reversal here, this time it's Grenache the main grape over Syrah. Both vinified for lightness & freshness though. Aromatic red cherry vibes with fresh ripe red berries yielding to the warm grip of the Syrah with smooth, mineral & silky tannins.

Contains no sulphites.
