Chateau Gabriel Cotes De Provence Rose 2013
This Côtes de Provence displays a bright salmon-pink dress and mango flesh tints. Its round nose evokes ripe yellow peach, apricot, with some tones of raspberry and mango. Its fat and vinous mouth smells of southern scrubland. The set is fairly structured and will serve well with a lovely fish soup.
Clayey soil with the presence of bauxite.
The area has a Mediterranean climate with only 800 mm of rainfall during the year
