Bannockburn, was founded by the late Stuart Hooper in the late 1970s, and is now run by his daughters who continue to preserve his vision and legacy in the work they do every day. They embrace organic farming practices, and apply a minimal intervention approach in their winemaking.
Standout for their Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays, their Sauvignon Blanc is no afterthought. Another great release from their portfolio, the Sauv is fun yet reliable. Think apples, lemons, florals and rose petals.
