Apostrophe Positive Stones Throw Shiraz Grenache Mataro 2014
Fruit sourced from Larry Cherubino's partnering vineyards from Frankland River.
Fruit was hand picked, sorted and fermented in small lot fermenters. Aged in a mix of one-year-old and new oak for about eight months.
The final blend of 90% Shiraz, 8% Grenache and 2% Mataro smells of rose petals, musk and plum. Medium bodied. Berry juice, fine tannins and soft finish.
Drink with bolognese.
