Never has a grape variety felt more at home than Sauvignon Blanc in the cool climate of the Adelaide Hills. Taking advantage of the range of meso-climates in the region, we have hand selected individual vineyards, resulted in an incredibly diverse blending pool. From intense lemon grass right through to tropical passionfruit, we have captured every favour possible and by pushing the variety to its limit using a range of winemaking techniques we have taken this once simple wine style to the next level.
The aromatics will draw you in but the complex palate will leave you wanting more. Fleshy gooseberry and spicy grapefruit instantly. Subtle oak adds to the mouthfeel and the effects of the lees stirring give a creaminess that runs the length of the palate. Anything but simple, this wine shows just how good Sauvignon Blanc can be!
