A fizzy blend of Shiraz and Cabernet from Harcourt, Central Victoria. Shiraz and Cabernet grown on sandy granitic loams in the Harcourt Valley. Farmed using sustainable practices by Shannon, Leah, and John. Crushed, pressed, and fermented in tank. Later, blended together, and bottled with a touch of residual sugar. Ferment went on to finish in bottle with no additions.
Tastes of: cherry-watermelon-ribena icy pole!
Contains no added sulphites.
