Notes from the winemaker:

Fresh strawberries and cream on the nose.  The palate is juicy with a hint of apparent fruit sweetness, coupled with underlying tannin from the skin contact and a bright savoury texture and crisp acid to finish. Can be enjoyed chilled.

No added sulphites.
