Carefully manipulated through minimal intervention practices, the Pinot grapes were grown on north-facing vines, had extended skin contact and aged in French barriques for 15 months. This wine is beautifully fruit-forward, with flavours of berry and forest floor to enhance, and a creamy-tannin finish.
