Notes from the winemaker:
A blend of two different Pinots in the Yarra, one set of fruit fermented as whole bunches for 14 days, then lightly stomped to old puncheons. The remaining fruit was de-stemmed and fermented for around 24 days. Lightly pumped over before being pressed to barrique. Young, bright and fresh from a cold end to the vintage. There are red cherries and raspberries even a bit of gamey notes. Some would say Gamay like!
