Bright, pale straw with yellow gold edges. Very delicate yet complex with chausson aux pommes (apple turnover), kaffir lime, pear skin and a delicate flor character. Excellent length and complexity with delicate citrus notes of lemon and lime, leading into a flinty note followed by a wonderful biscuity finish. This wine continues through multiple phases to an amazing nutty/brioche flor character finish.
