Mahana is a name worth taking note of. At the helm of winemaking is ex-Bannockburn wine-maker Michael Glover. His wines continue to push boundaries, and are known to be experimental and fascinating.
With a lovely yellow straw colour, this is quite a textural and complex wine. Savoury on the nose, the palate has some weight to it but remains slightly tangy too, with flavours of pear and white florals. A great food wine.
