Made by Alberto and Marta in the hills above Vittorio Veneto, from their 4.5 hectares of vineyards, located 450 metres above sea level. They follow organic and bio-dynamic practices, and are certified organic.
Their Col Fondo Prosecco is made with indigenous yeasts, is unfiltered and unfined and without the addition sulphur.
No added sulphites.
