While the palate reveals a slightly sweeter spectrum of apple, leading into vanilla cream and shortbread. Hints of green olive add savouriness, and the mouthfeel is crisp yet soft edged with a lovely pillowy mousse. A mineral backbone of fine talc and mouthwatering acidity are balanced by respectful dosage, allowing the fruit to shine and the wine to finish effortlessly light footed.
